For this special event, the Ocean View Brewing team partnered with Burnish Beer Co. to create three exclusive collaboration beers, each brewed specifically to pair with a four-course, chef-driven dinner.
One of the evening’s highlights is Light the Match, a bold West Coast IPA brewed for this collaboration and debuting during the dinner. Following the event, Light the Match will also be available on draft and in cans. Expect thoughtful pairings, creative brewing, and a memorable dining experience that showcases what happens when passionate brewers and chefs come together.
